Help with Bank Login Issues During Enrollment

Are you experiencing trouble completing the Bank Login process during enrollment? Does the final step seem frozen or is it timing out? Are you being told you do not have a checking account when you really do? Then please read on for an alternative option.

While this issue is relatively uncommon, Banks do periodically update their websites and security protocols and this can cause a "Timeout" error at the end of the enrollment process or other errors like "No checking account found" when you do actually have a checking account at that bank.

CanPay's recommendation to resolve the issue is for you to go back to the first enrollment banking page (the one with be bank logos) and select "Add Your Bank Manually" towards the top of the screen (see image below). This will allow you to type in your routing number and account number and bypass the bank login tool altogether. Once you do that, you'll be able to proceed with your account setup.
