Unfortunately, there are certain institutions (Chime, Square Cash, Uber Checking, etc.) that ACH activity (the mechanism for funding CanPay transactions) is unreliable and we cannot currently link a CanPay account to them. We are working on the issue, but do not currently have a timeline for when these institutions can be linked to CanPay.
