It is the responsibility of each CanPay Member, and required per your agreement to our Terms and Conditions, to ensure you maintain sufficient funds in the checking account linked to CanPay from the time of your purchase until the successful debit has been made to pay for your purchase. If a return occurs, then the member will likely sustain NSF fees from their own financial institution as well as a return fee for CanPay's collection efforts as allowed by the state where your purchase took place. Members who have returns also may lose access to the CanPay services, so please be cautious in the management of your funds.
