Adding the CanPay Merchant POS App to your Android or iOS device is simple.

Anyone can save the Merchant App to the Home screen, but only an Authorized Store Manager or Device Manager can complete the programming steps.

1) To get the CanPay Merchant POS App on your device, visit https://pos.canpaydebit.com/ in Safari, Chrome, or Edge. Here you will see the Admin sign in page (Note the Terminal ID is "Demo Mode" and no transactions can be processed yet):

2) DO NOT login on this screen. Instead, save the CanPay Merchant POS App to your Home screen. Scroll down for further instructions based on the browser you are using.

IF Chrome: either select the "Add to Home screen" option that pops up at the bottom of the page:

Access the Chrome menu by clicking on the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner

and scroll down until you see the "Install App" or "Save to Home screen" option (language depends on your version of Chrome).

IF Safari: click the share button

And scroll to find the "Add to Home Screen" option (you may need to scroll down or to the right, depending on the iOS version).

IF Edge: open the menu by clicking the 3 dots in the upper right-hand corner

And then navigate to the "Apps" option and finally select "Install CanPay POS"
