Are you adding the CanPay Merchant POS to your device?

First, you'll need to save the Merchant POS App to your Home screen (see our article "How to: Save Merchant POS to Home Screen")

1) Once you have the CanPay App on your Home screen, open it to the sign-in page:

2) Sign in with your Store Admin or Device Manager credentials

3) Select "Add Terminal"

4) Choose a unique Terminal ID and the Store to assign this device to

5) Choose the type of terminal this device should be assigned (Medical, Recreational, or Retail)

6) Select "Add Terminal"

7) You will be taken back to the "Terminals" screen and your Terminal ID in the Header should be updated, confirming this device is now assigned to your store and ready for processing payments.

8) You can access the menu (3 lines in the upper left hand corner) and modify the settings (enabling tip, choosing which camera will be used for scanning Payment Codes, etc.)

9) Open the menu button and sign-out.

10) You'll be taken to the Transaction Amount screen and you can now accept CanPay on this device.
