Follow these steps to refresh the merchant POS on your device and get rid of the "Green" or "White" screen issue:
1) From the Home screen, open the Apps section
2) From the Apps section, open the Chrome browser OR open the "Google" folder to find the Chrome app
OR:
3) In the Chrome browser, click on the "menu" option (typically 3 dots in upper right-hand corner, but might look like an arrow)
4) In the Chrome menu, scroll down until you see "Settings" and click it
5) In Settings, scroll down until you see "Site settings"
6) In Site Settings, click "All sites"
7) In All sites, click "pos.canpaydebit.com" (ignore the "https://pos.canpaydebit.com" entry)
8) Click the trash icon to the right of the "Usage" xyMB stored data field and confirm you want to delete the data.
9) Close your Chrome browser and reopen the CanPay POS App on your Home screen
10) Your POS App will be refreshed and ready for use.
